The Trin
The Trin Centre is home to Cleethorpes Community Sports & Education - a charity dedicated to delivering programmes that benefit communities in Grimsby, Cleethorpes and surrounding areas.
We re-opened doors in 2017 and since then we've invested over £3 million in facilities and programmes designed to promote health, well-being and inclusivity for people just like you through our Community, Sports, and Education provision.

Our gentle exercise class is a perfect class for this who need a little extra help with mobility and movement. Chair based exercises with a qualified instructor available for all needs and ability levels. Only £4 per session ( for members ) which also includes a drink afterwards.
