Upcoming Price Changes

Dear valued member/service user,

I am disappointed to inform you that as of 31st March 2025 we will be increasing the cost of the majority of our activities/sessions.

As a community organisation our focus has always been to provide a service that is affordable and accessible to all, however in this tough climate we are having to make some difficult decisions. Since we opened our doors in 2018, we have explored different ways to subsidise our overheads and running costs to avoid increasing our costs previously. We are now in a position where we have exhausted all other options and are left with no other alternative.

I would like to reassure you that despite these price increases we are financially no better off, these increases are only related to the ongoing rises in our costs and in line with the national inflation rates. Our outgoings that will be affected include items such as staffing, utilities, resources, general running costs and other services that we use increasing their costs also.

Failure to act now poses serious risk and could jeopardise the future of our organisation. We hope that you can see that these increases are reasonable and continue to support our organisation.

The increases will not affect the following activities:

  • Youth Activities still remain free – cooking, gaming, Fairplay Football, music and SEND sports.
  • Cook Club will remain free
  • Morning Boxfit will remain free
  • Shoots of Hope Community Garden will remain free.

Please note that these sessions are free to access as they have been funded by grants or other partners that we work with. From time to time they may be subject to change although we will always try to offer an alternative where we can. These sessions will only be available to members which will come into force from 31st March 2025.

  • Junior Membership (Under 18’s): £5 per year
  • Adult Membership (Age 18 and over): £10 per year

Memberships are not transferrable between family and friends and are for the person to which the details are submitted only.

Our sessions will increase from £3 per session to £4 per session for members and £4 per session to £5 per session for non-members.

Our school holiday clubs will also be increasing from £12.50 for members to £15 per day and £15 to £17.50 for non-members.

There may still be exceptions to the rule for some of our activities in which we will continue to look at each activity on an individual basis with careful consideration being taken for each activity.

I would like to think that you still consider that our provision is value for money and you continue to support us through these challenging times. This decision hasn’t been easy for us and we thank you for your understanding.

Yours Sincerely
Andy Cox
Chief Executive
